Rhonda Stamey is a speaker, health and life coach, and the creator of Strong in Faith, Fit in Body—a message that encourages women and leaders to realign their faith, care for their health, and establish daily rhythms that support living and leading with clarity, strength, and purpose.
A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Family and Consumer Science, Rhonda brings more than four decades of experience in health, fitness, and personal growth. As a CrossFit Level 2 coach, she has spent years helping individuals build strength in both body and mindset while developing sustainable habits that support lasting well-being.
Through speaking, coaching, and teaching, Rhonda shares practical encouragement rooted in real life and grounded in faith. Her message reminds audiences that lasting strength often begins by returning to what matters most—faith, health, and the rhythms that shape everyday life.
I care deeply about this work because I’ve seen how easy it is to keep showing up, carrying responsibility well, and still feel your energy and clarity begin to slip.
What I’ve learned—through experience, coaching, and life—is that strength isn’t built by doing more. It’s built by returning to what matters most and creating rhythms that support how you live each day.
When I’m not speaking or coaching, you’ll usually find me spending time between Georgia and Florida with my husband, Randy, enjoying time with our daughter, and loving on our three dogs. I value simple moments, meaningful conversations, and a life that reflects what matters most.
