Scope of Services
The coaching services provided by Rhonda Stamey are for educational and informational purposes only. These services are designed to support healthy lifestyle habits, mindset, and overall wellness.
Rhonda Stamey is not a licensed medical professional and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coaching is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
Client Responsibility
By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health, decisions, and results.
It is strongly recommended that you consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your nutrition, exercise, or lifestyle, especially if you have any existing health conditions.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is important. All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law.
Payment & Refund Policy
All coaching services must be paid in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled in accordance with the specific agreement or program terms provided at the time of purchase.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in coaching services, you agree that Rhonda Stamey shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation.
You understand that all decisions and actions taken are your own responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including but not limited to guides, worksheets, programs, and resources, are the intellectual property of Rhonda Stamey.
These materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.
Termination
Either party may choose to end the coaching relationship at any time.
Any outstanding payments must be completed within 30 days of termination unless otherwise agreed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be handled within the appropriate courts of Georgia.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
