If you’re looking for a few guilt-free ways to enjoy strawberries, I’ve got three boutique-style desserts you’ll love. They’re simple, fresh, and made with nourishing ingredients that fit beautifully into your healthy lifestyle.

1. Greek Yogurt Strawberry Parfaits

Perfect for: Breakfast, snacks, or light dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Instructions:
