Why I’m Intentional About the Supplements I Choose

Rhonda

Blessings,

Book a call

One of the questions I’m asked most often is simple but important:
“What supplements do you take?” or “What should I be taking?”

I’ve taken supplements for many years, but over time I’ve learned that being intentional about what I choose matters just as much as taking them consistently. As someone who values health, nourishment, and caring well for the body, supplementation has long been part of my routine. Over time, though, I’ve become more thoughtful about which supplements I choose and why. Personalized nutrition is what I was seeking.

That journey is what eventually led me to IDLife.

Why I Prefer IDLife

What sets IDLife apart for me isn’t just the products—it’s the process.

Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, IDLife begins with a personalized nutrition assessment. This assessment considers your lifestyle, habits, goals, and health factors, then provides a custom report designed specifically for you.

That intentional, individualized approach resonated deeply with me. Our bodies are different. Our seasons are different. And the support we need can change over time.

Supplements With Intention, Not Guesswork

After years of taking supplements, I’ve learned this:
More isn’t better. Random isn’t better. Intentional is better.

Rather than guessing or piecing things together on my own, I appreciated having clarity—understanding what made sense for my body and what didn’t. IDLife removes a lot of the overwhelm and replaces it with information you can actually use.

How This Approach Has Supported Me

Over time, I’ve found that this personalized nutrition approach has supported me in the areas so many women ask me about—having more consistent energy throughout the day, feeling clearer and more confident about what supplements to take (and what I don’t need), and supporting my body well as I age without doing anything extreme. It’s been less about chasing results and more about making thoughtful, sustainable choices that fit real life.

Why I Invite You to Take the Assessment

If you’ve ever felt unsure about supplements—or wondered whether what you’re taking is actually serving your body—I encourage you to start with the free IDLife nutrition assessment.

And here’s what I want you to know: you don’t have to navigate the results alone.

When you take the assessment through my page, I’m here to help you:

  • Walk through your personalized nutrition report
  • Understand what it means for your body and goals
  • Decide on simple next steps that feel supportive, not overwhelming

I don’t believe in telling people what they should take. I believe in helping you make informed choices—ones that align with your health, your values, and the season you’re in.
